I really liked the design at first because it’s pretty, but once I had it in hand, the clasp felt kind of flimsy and one of the stones looked a little crooked. For the price, I was just expecting it to feel better made!! Not sure I’d purchase it again

I got a necklace from Satya Jewelry and, i’m happy with it overall. The design is really cute, and it actually looks like the photos, which is something I always get a little nervous about when ordering online.

For the price, I think it feels fair. It’s not super cheap, but it does feel nicer than the random fashion jewelry I’ve picked up before. Shipping was fine too… not amazingly fast, but nothing I’d complain about.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the chain felt just a tiny bit sturdier. But yeah, I still like it, and I’d probably buy from them again if I caught a good sale.

I got updates fast, and the tracking was literally easy to follow the whole time. Everything was clear, and I didn’t run into any issues...

I don’t know, the website just felt way harder to use than it should’ve been. I was trying to check out and it kept messing up, like pages not loading right or making me redo stuff, and after a while I was just sitting there thinking, why is this taking so long? It should’ve been a quick order, but the checkout process made it frustrating

My order from satyajewelry.com was mostly correct, but one of the items showed up in a different size than what I chose. It’s still wearable, so I’m not totally upset, but it’s annoying when you think you’ve picked the right option and then the goalposts kind of move once it arrives. Shipping was fine and the packaging looked good, but the sizing mix-up definitely took away from the experience

They fixed my necklace under warranty, which was great. Took a little longer than I hoped, but overall happy it got sorted.

This thing feels like cheap junk. The clasp broke within the first week, and the chain is so thin and weak that I didn’t trust wearing it after that.

I’ve been wearing this necklace pretty much every day, and I don’t hardly notice it’s even on. It’s really light, doesn’t irritate my skin, and it don’t get annoying even after wearing it all day. It’s cute without being too fancy, so I can just throw it on with regular outfits. I’m really happy with it

I was about to order from Satya Jewelry, but then the shipping cost popped up and totally killed the mood. For one small jewelry item, it felt way too high, like come on, you greedy little goblins.
I understand shipping isn’t always free and businesses have costs, but this made the total jump more than I expected. At that point, the whole order just didn’t feel worth it anymore.

I ended up closing out without buying anything. The jewelry might be cute, but those shipping fees are acting like absolute little wallet vampires and need to calm down.

I bought this necklace as a birthday gift, i kind of regret not choosing something a bit nicer. When it arrived, it just didn’t feel that special. The box was really plain, and the necklace looked smaller than I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel more gift-worthy

So... I bought this charm thinking it would feel meaningful, but the symbolism felt a little off to me. It came across as kind of fake and not very respectful, which was disappointing.

The stones seem real and the metal looks like what was described, so overall it feels legit.

I don’t usually buy into all the polished sizing talk companies put in their descriptions, but this one actually fit me the way I hoped it would. No weird surprises with the size, which was nice

The jewelry showed up safe, so I can’t say there wasn’t no issue with the actual delivery or protection. The box looked decent enough, but it was plain compared to what I was expecting.
